摘要
在食品企业的发展过程中,库存管理占据着十分重要的位置。随着信息时代的迅速发展,库存管理系统的应用已是社会发展的必然趋势,它会给企业带来前所未有的变化。一个良好、高效的库存管理系统能够极大地提高人员的工作效率,使得库存的管理更加科学化与现代化,进而为公司带来意想不到的效益。因此,本论文针对库存管理系统进行了分析与设计。
论文通过深入调查郝姆斯公司的发展现状,对库存管理系统进行分析,包括需求分析、可行性分析、业务流程、数据流程以及数据字典的分析,给出了系统的业务流程图、数据流程图等,然后进行系统总体的设计,其中包括系统功能模块设计和数据库设计,给出了功能模块图、E-R图等。库存管理系统主要包括入库管理、出库管理、盘存管理、调拨管理、库存预警等功能。论文还讨论了库存管理系统的一些界面,最后进行了总结并给出了一些不足之处。

ABSTRACT
In the development of food companies, inventory management occupies a very important position. With the rapid development of the information age, the application of inventory management system is an inevitable trend of social development, it will bring unprecedented changes to the company. A good and efficient inventory management system can greatly improve the efficiency of personnel, make inventory management more scientific and modern, and then bring unexpected benefits to the company. Therefore, this paper analyzes and designs the inventory management system.
Through the in-depth investigation of the development status of Haomusi Company, the paper analyzes the inventory management system, including the analysis of demand analysis, feasibility analysis, business process, data flow and data dictionary, and gives the business flow chart and data flow chart of the system, and then the overall design of the system, including the Department. The function module design and database design are given, and the function module diagram, E-R diagram and so on are given. Inventory management system mainly includes warehousing management, outgoing management, inventory management, allocation management, inventory early warning and other functions. The paper also discusses some interfaces of inventory management system. Finally, it summarizes and gives some inadequacies.
