基于PLC的视觉分选系统设计
摘 要
本文介绍了基于PLC控制的视觉分选系统设计。该系统利用先进的机器视觉技术,结合MCGS组态软件,实现对工件的快速、准确识别与分类。系统通过PLC控制器实现对传送带、气阀等设备的精确控制,确保了分选过程的自动化和智能化。同时,MCGS组态软件为系统提供了友好的人机交互界面,使得操作更加简便、直观。本文详细阐述了系统的硬件组成、软件设计以及实现方法,并通过实验验证了系统的性能和稳定性。结果表明,该系统在实际应用中表现出较高的分选准确率和生产效率,对于提升工业生产自动化水平具有重要意义。

Abstract
This paper describes the design of a visual sorting system based on PLC control. The system uses the advanced machine vision technology and combines with MCGS configuration software to realize the rapid and accurate identification and classification of artifacts. The system realizes the precise control of the conveyor belt, air valve and other equipment through the PLC controller, which ensures the automation and intelligence of the sorting process. At the same time, MCGS configuration software provides a friendly human-computer interaction interface for the system, making the operation more simple and intuitive. This paper details the hardware composition, software design and implementation method of the system, and verifies the performance and stability through experiments. The results show that the system showed high sorting accuracy and production efficiency for improving the automation level in industrial production.
