摘 要:本文介绍了基于三菱PLC的智能立体车库控制系统的设计与制作过程。通过本次设计,将电路分析、PLC原理与应用、传感器原理与应用、电机拖动等知识系统地结合起来,同时将组态软件和PLC的知识有效地联系起来。设计电路原理图、软件程序编译使作者在原有的基础上得到了提高。整个制作、调试、连接的过程既复习了所学的知识,又学到了很多新的知识。在硬件的连接与选择中,掌握了很多课堂上学不到的知识,增强了实践动手能力和查阅资料能力。通过查阅手册和文献资料,进一步熟悉了常用设备的类型和特性,并掌握了合理选用的原则,培养了独立分析与解决问题的能力。同时,更熟悉了有关PLC开发设计的过程,加深了对PLC的理解和运用,掌握了PLC与外围电路连接的一些方法和技巧。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design and production process of the intelligent stereo garage control system based on Mitsubishi PLC. Through this design, the knowledge of circuit analysis, PLC principle and application, sensor principle and application, motor dragging is systematically combined, and the knowledge of configuration software and PLC is effectively connected. The design circuit schematic diagram and software program compilation can improve the author on the original basis. The whole process of making, debugging and connecting has not only reviewed the knowledge learned, but also learned a lot of new knowledge. In the connection and selection of hardware, I have mastered a lot of knowledge that can not be learned in class, and enhanced my practical ability and the ability to access to information. Through consulting manuals and literature materials, I have further got familiar with the types and characteristics of common equipment, mastered the principles of reasonable selection, and cultivated the ability of independent analysis and problem solving. At the same time, I was more familiar with the process of PLC development and design of PLC, deepened the understanding and application of PLC, and mastered some methods and skills of connecting PLC and peripheral circuits.
