随着经济水平的提升,人们对自动化设备的要求越来越高,自动控制理论和 PLC 技术快速发展,具有易于使用、功能强大、高可靠性、扩展能力强、广泛的适用性和组成控制系统的简洁性等诸多优点的 PLC 控制技术,得到了越来越广泛的应用。基于 PLC的剥线机控制系统,系统运行稳定可靠,加工剥削的金属线品质好,在全世界范围都得到了广泛应用。目前国内生产给金属细线剥皮机器的厂家还非常的少,所以这个问题亟待解决。在国外,生产此类设备的厂家主要集中在欧美等少数国家,如瑞士的MICROCUT公司。总的来说,应用 PLC控制技术来剥金属细线的设备还非常少,因此,本项目的研究对 PLC控制技术应用于此领域具有一定的参考意义。

剥线机主要应用于对线束使用需求大的电子行业,手工剥线往往既费时又不能满足要求,所以剥线机械化是必然的趋势。剥线机控制系统采用PLC来实现精确控制,剥线长度任意且不损坏铜芯,剥线速度快,废品率低。PLC控制的剥线机具有可靠性高、通用性强、操作简单、寿命长等优点,非常适合用来为剥线设计控制系统。

本课题要求根据研究的基于PLC的剥线机控制系统项目为背景,从PLC控制系统设计的角度,探讨PLC控制技术的应用。使用先进的PLC控制技术来设计剥线机的控制系统,将不同规格的金属线按照规定要求剥开。

Abstract

With the improvement of the economic level, the demand for automation equipment is getting higher and higher. The automatic control theory and PLC technology have developed rapidly. It has many advantages, such as easy to use, powerful function, high reliability, strong extensibility, wide applicability and the simplicity of the control system. It has been more and more widely used. With the control system based on PLC, the system runs stably and reliably. The quality of the processed metal wire is good, and it has been widely used all over the world. At present, the manufacturers are still very small in the production of fine wire peeling machines in China, so this problem needs to be solved urgently. Abroad, manufacturers of such equipment are concentrated in Europe and the United States and a few countries, such as MICROCUT in Switzerland. Generally speaking, there are few equipments to strip metal wire by using PLC control technology. Therefore, the research of this project has some reference significance for the application of PLC control technology in this field.

The wire stripping machine is mainly used in the electronic industry which has a great demand for wire harness. Manual stripping is often time-consuming and can not meet the requirements, so stripping mechanization is an inevitable trend. The control system of wire stripping machine uses PLC to realize accurate control. It has the advantages of arbitrary length and no damage to copper core, fast stripping speed, low waste rate, high reliability, strong versatility, simple operation, long life and so on. Very suitable for the design of control system for stripping.

In this subject, the application of PLC control technology is discussed from the point of view of the design of the PLC control system based on the PLC based control system of the stripper control system. The advanced PLC control technology is used to design the control system of the stripper machine, and the metal lines of different specifications are stripped in accordance with the requirements.
