基于Android的猎聘校园系统设计与实现
摘 要
猎聘校园系统如今已经普遍在各个高校中投入使用，极大程度上方便了用户及时获取信息以及生活更加便利，提高了工作效率以及校园服务。但是随着新技术的飞速发展以及电子硬件设备的性能提高，提别是4G技术的广泛应用，Android操作系统带来了手机大革命，使得智能手机成为了“掌上电脑”。那么，如今许多企业致力于这方面移动客户端的普及，各个高校为了适应潮流的发展也纷纷推出自己的手机客户端，便于本校学生以及职工的信息查询。
本文设计的系统为学生提供了一个招聘服务平台，传统的校园内招聘出现下面的问题，对于应聘者来说，招聘会定期召开，过期没有交流的机会，同时也很难及时了解招聘信息，不利的交流让许多学生失去了很多应聘的机会。同时对于学校就业部门来说，由于学校的规模比较大，需要就业的学生也很多，每次招聘总能收到成千上万的简历，如何挑选合适的应聘者常常是学校就业部门比较棘手的事情，为学校就业部门的工作人员带来很多的工作量，而且由于某些人员的不负责任使得学生的简历被弄丢而造成其失去工作机会的现象也时有发生。
在这个一切讲究效率的时代，校园内招聘系统也就应运而生了，该系统极大的为学生提供了生活的便利和节省了时间。具有信息实时性、操作便捷、功能丰富、易维护等特性。该软件为校园类App提供了较为新颖的思路，使得招聘服务和就业信息集于一体，不仅方便了学生的就业工作而且有利于提高学校的形象。

Abstract
The search-and-hire campus system is now widely used in various colleges and universities，which is a great convenience for users to obtain information timely and to make life more convenient，and improve the working efficiency and the campus service. At the same time，for the school employment department，because of the large size of the school and the number of students in need of employment，there are always thousands of resumes received per recruitment. How to select the right candidate is often a thorny task for the school employment department，which brings a lot of work to the staff in the school employment department. And due to the irresponsible behavior of some personnel，the student's resume is lost，and the phenomenon of losing its work opportunity also occurs.
In this efficient era，the campus recruitment system comes into being，which greatly provides students with the convenience of life and saves time. It has the characteristics of real-time information，convenient operation，rich function，easy maintenance and so on. The software provides a new idea for the campus App，which makes the recruitment service and employment information integrated. It not only facilitates the employment of students，but also helps to improve the image of the school.
