摘 要
现如今，Internet在飞速的发展，携程、途牛等众多旅游平台网站的也正在兴起，随之，以网络宣传这种方式已变得相当的普遍，各样的关于旅游的网站也就变得越来越多。
千年帝都洛阳具有悠久的历史，拥有众多人文和自然景观，旅游景点众多，是中国重要的旅游目的地之一。旅游的管理要处理的信息越来越多。为了去解决这个问题，可以提供一个查看景点及资讯等旅游信息的管理平台是非常重要的，用以增进旅游业的信息交流和管理。
本旅游网站系统采用B/S为结构设计，利用JSP及MySql数据库搭建动态网站，完成了各种业务逻辑数据和景观资讯信息的集中，达到了旅游信息的网络管理的目的，对景点的各类信息和资讯信息进行集中的有效的管理。完成了旅游资讯信息的快速公布和浏览。

THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF LUOYANG TOURISM WEBSITE BASED ON HTML5
ABSTRACT
As the Internet rapidly develops, many tourism websites, like Tuniu, spring up. Today, Internet has become the most important approach to propaganda, giving rise to various tourism web portals.
Luoyang, an ancient imperial city, boasts a long history, enormous human and natural landscape, as well as numerous tourism spots making it a major tourism destination in China. As a result, a larger amount of information needs to be dealt with by tourism sector. To solve this problem, the author thinks it is crucial to provide a management platform which can be used to view and know scene spots, enhance the tourism information exchange and bring convenience for management.
This tourism website employs B/S as its structural design and utilizes JSP technology and MySq1 database to set up a dynamic website realizing the integration of data and information for all kinds of business systems, web-based tourism management. It practices a synthetic and centralized management for all types of scenic spot information and counseling information releasing these information to the public promptly.
