基于GLBP协议的医院网络规划与设计
摘要
随着经济的快速发展和医院网络规模不断发展,医院网络服务的人群有了很大的变化,业务范围不再只是一个地区或者某一种,其中大部分向着多地域不同的模式发展。传统的医院网络拥有数据交互延迟、安全访问级别不高、实时通信查等诸多问题,这些问题直接影响了医院未来的发展和运作。而伴随着科学技术的发展和应用的推广,特别是计算机技术和网络技术的发展,加之医院网络的应用需求的不断扩大,传统的网络结构和模式已不能满足现有的要求。
本论文以基于GLBP协议对现代化医院网络进行规划与设计,通过对整个医院网络的拓扑结构设计,IP地址进行规划、各交换机和路由器的配置、各部门间VLAN的划分、网关冗余和以太通道的配置、NAT私网地址与公网地址的转换、网络安全和帧中继的配置等搭建了网络系统的硬件平台。在搭建好的网络硬件平台基础上,通过对DNS、DHCP等服务的配置,以及域环境下对用户的控制管理,组策略的应用,网络打印机,软件发布,磁盘文件管理,安全策略的配置,WEB服务器、FTP服务器、MAIL服务器的配置等功能,实现了网络的整体规划和设计。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and the continuous development of the scale of hospital network, the population of hospital network service has changed a lot, and the business scope is no longer just a region or a certain kind, the medical service of the hospital network to serve the people is no longer limited to a certain region, nor to a certain kind, but to a multi-regional and diverse mode of development. Traditional hospital network has many problems, such as delay of data interaction, low level of security access, real-time communication check and so on.
These problems have a direct impact on the development and operation of the hospital. However, with the development and popularization of modern network technology, especially the development of modern computer technology and Internet technology, the application market demand of large-scale hospital network continues to expand. The traditional network structure and mode of the hospital can no longer meet the needs of the current business.
In this paper, the GLBP protocol is used to plan and design the modern hospital network. Through the topological structure design of the whole hospital network, the IP address is planned, the configuration of switches and routers, the division of VLAN between departments, the redundancy of gateway and the configuration of Ethernet channel, the conversion of NAT private network address and network address, the configuration of network security and frame relay, the hardware platform of the network system is built. On the basis of the network hardware platform, through the configuration of DNS, DHCP and other services, as well as the control and management of users in the domain environment, the application of group strategy, network printer, software release, disk file management, security policy configuration, WEB server, FTP server, MAIL server configuration and other functions, the overall planning and design of the network is realized.
