新生报道系统
摘 要
随着我国实行科教兴国政策和人才强国战略以来,教育相关资料数据统计结果表明近年来,我国每年入学的大学生数量一直攀升,各个高校不断扩充,学校面对众多新生的信息量,如果简单的进行录入操作,就会很难提高新生入学管理的工作效率。因此,各个高校急需建立一个适合本校实际情况的新生报道系统,主要适用对象针对各个高校,本系统开发的主要任务是,数据库方面的设计与维护,应用程序的开发两个主要方面。
通过对各大高校已成熟的新生报道系统的调研,本文开发的新生报道系统是采用JSP开发语言+系统后台数据库MYSQL相互结合,基于B/S 模式进行系统开发,从而建立学校信息和新生报道的统一化管理平台。本文开发的新生报道管理系统主要实现的功能包括用户管理、校园新闻管理、校园风光管理、宿舍楼信息管理、班级信息管理、留言管理、专业信息管理、新生报道管理、宿舍分配管理和系统管理。最后对系统进行测试,通过本文开发的新生报道系统可以有效地节约新生报道管理时间,为学校迎新工作的顺利开展提供了信息化支撑。

New Report System
Abstract
Since the implementation of the policy and strategy of revitalizing the country through science talents in our country, the statistical results of education related data shows that in recent years, the number of China's annual enrollment of college students have been rising, various universities continue to expand the amount of information, the school face many new, if in the entry has the advantages of simple operation, it is difficult to improve the efficiency of the management of freshmen. Therefore, the new report system to establish various colleges and universities need a suitable for the actual situation of our school, mainly used for objects of various colleges and universities, the main task of the system development, design and maintenance of the database, the two main aspects of application development.
Through the investigation of the new report system has been mature in the universities, this paper developed the new report system is developed using JSP language and MYSQL database system integration, system development based on B/S mode, so as to establish a unified management platform of school information and the new report. In this paper, the development of the student registration management system mainly realizes the functions include user management, news management, campus campus dormitory management, information management, class information management, message management, information management, student registration management, dormitory management and distribution system management. Finally, the system test, through the development of the new registration system, can effectively save the new registration management time, for the smooth entry of the school to provide the information support.
