两相混合式步进电机闭环控制器设计
摘 要
本课题是LPM驱动控制系统的子课题 。本设计以日本神钢电机株式会社生产的两相混合式直线脉冲电机SLPMU-025A为样机,对直线脉冲电机的驱动控制系统进行了研究,以AT89C51单片机作为控制器,采用专用的恒流细分驱动器,设计制作了驱动控制装置,具有对样机启停 正反相 调速 定位等控制 记录和显示等功能。运行实验表明,该系统性能稳定,结构简单,调试方便,可作为对直线脉冲电机本体进一步研发的配套设备。

Abstract
Taking SLPMU-025A, a two-phase hybrid LPM manufacturing by SHINKO Motor Company Ltd,as an specimen,the study on the drive control system is carried out in this thesis, Introduction to AT89C51 single chip microcomputer as controller and special micro-step constant current driver,the apparatus of driver control is designed and made,which can function as the control ,the record,the display to start-stop,forward and reverse,speed regulation,allocation of the specimen.It is demonstrated by running test that this system is characterized by stable performance,simple structure and convennience setting,so it can be used as a auxiliary equipment of the further development on the LPM itself.
