摘 要
本研究针对某48MW级风力发电场的电气初步设计进行了深入分析。随着风力发电规模的增长,风力发电场与电网的联系日益紧密,因此,掌握风力发电场的电气设计对于确保电网稳定运行具有重要意义。该风力发电场由24台2MW风力发电机组组成,计划通过1回110kV线路与现有电网连接,导线选用LGJ-240型号,线路长度约1km。本工程采用一机一变单元接线方式,风力发电机组出口电压为0.69kV,通过低压电缆连接至箱式变电站,随后升压至35kV,并通过35kV集电线路汇集至110kV升压站。场内35kV集电线路综合运用了架空和电缆混合方式,其中架空线长约30.9km,电缆长约2.3km。
研究内容包括风力发电场电气部分的接线设计方法、电气设备选择、一次主接线方案的确定、短路电流计算以及电气设备选型。本研究绘制了电气主接线图,确定了不同电压等级配电装置的类型,并进行了变电站总电气平面布置,包括配电装置配置图、平面图及断面图的绘制。设计说明书详细阐述了电气主接线方案的比选过程、短路电流计算、电气设备选择以及配电装置布置设计方案,为风力发电场的电气设计提供了全面的理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract
In this study, the preliminary electrical design of a 48MW wind farm is deeply analyzed. With the growth of wind power scale, the connection between wind farms and the power grid is increasingly close, so it is important to master the electrical design of wind farms to ensure the stable operation of the power grid. The wind farm is composed of 242MW wind turbines, which is planned to be connected to the existing power grid through one 110kV line. The conductor is LGJ-240 model, and the line length is about 1km. This project adopts the wiring mode of one machine and one variable unit, and the outlet voltage of the wind turbine is 0.69kV, which is connected to the box substation through low-voltage cable, then boosted to 35kV, and collected to 110kV booster station through 35kV collector line. The 35kV collector line in the field is mixed with overhead and cable, in which the overhead line length is about 30.9km and the cable length is about 2.3km.
The research contents include the wiring design method of electrical part of wind farm, selection of electrical equipment, determination of primary main wiring scheme, calculation of short circuit current and selection of electrical equipment. In this study, we drew the main electrical wiring diagram, determined the types of distribution devices of different voltage levels, and made the general electrical layout of the substation, including the distribution device configuration diagram, plan and section drawing. The design specification expounds the comparison process, short circuit current calculation, selection of electrical equipment and distribution device layout design scheme, which provides a comprehensive theoretical basis and practical guidance for the electrical design of wind power farm.
