随着电力需求的不断增长和能源结构的转变,电力网的规划设计成为保障能源供应和电力系统稳定运行的关键环节。因此,选题来源于对电力工业发展趋势和需求的深入认识。不同地区的地理、经济和社会条件差异较大,对电力网的规划设计提出了不同的挑战和要求。选题旨在针对某地区的特定条件,设计出适应性强、效率高的电力网接线方案,因此选题来源于对地区特点和需求的深入分析和理解。电力网规划设计涉及多个技术领域,包括电力系统分析、经济评估、设备选型等。选题融合了这些技术领域的知识和方法,旨在通过综合应用各种技术手段,实现电力网的最优化设计和运行。
本文旨在探讨某地区电力网的规划设计问题。根据发电厂、变电站的地理位置,发电厂机组台数及装机容量,以及电网负荷情况,设计了发电厂和变电站之间的网络接线方式。在电力网电压等级选择、电网接线方案选择、发电厂和变电站主接线选择等方面进行了深入研究。通过详细的技术经济性比较,确定了最优方案,并进行了技术经济计算。最终,设计出了最优化、最具效率和最经济的接线网络,并给出了最优方案的潮流分布图、电力网主接线图以及物质统计表等。本文的研究结果对于提升该地区电力网的运行效率和经济性具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the continuous growth of power demand and the transformation of energy structure, the planning and design of power network has become the key link to ensure the energy supply and the stable operation of power system. Therefore, the topic selection comes from the in-depth understanding of the development trend and demand of the electric power industry. The geographical, economic and social conditions of different regions are quite different, which puts forward different challenges and requirements for the planning and design of the power network. The purpose of the topic selection is to design a power network wiring scheme with strong adaptability and high efficiency according to the specific conditions of a certain region. Therefore, the topic selection comes from the in-depth analysis and understanding of the regional characteristics and needs. Power network planning and design involves many technical fields, including power system analysis, economic evaluation, equipment selection, etc. The topic integrates the knowledge and methods of these technical fields, aiming to achieve the optimal design and operation of the power network through the comprehensive application of various technical means.
This paper aims to discuss the planning and design of the power network in a certain area. According to the geographical location of power plant and substation, the number of units and installed capacity of power plant, and the load of power grid, the network connection mode between power plant and substation is designed. It also studied the selection of voltage grade, grid wiring scheme, and main wiring selection of power plant and substation. Through detailed technical economy comparison, the optimal scheme is determined and the technical and economic calculation is conducted. Finally, the optimal, most efficient and most economical wiring network is designed, and the power flow distribution diagram, the main wiring diagram and the material statistics table of the optimal scheme are given. The results of this paper are of great significance for improving the operation efficiency and economy of the power network in this region.
