数控技术是数字控制(Numerical Control)技术的简称。利用数控技术可以把生产过程用某中语言编写的程序来描述,将程序以数字形式送入计算机或专用的数字计算装置进行处理输出,并控制生产过程中相应的执行程序,从而使生产过程能在无人干预的情况下自动进行,实现生产过程的自动化。本文主要介绍了螺纹内套零件的数控加工工艺和数控编程方案进行设计。依据图纸要求,对零件的工艺要求进行了分析和计算,确定了零件个部分的工序尺寸所需达到的表面粗糙度要求。使用PRO/E对零件进行了三维造型,制定了合理的工艺设计方案,并编写了该零件的数控加工程序。

Abstract

The numerical control technology is the numerical control (Numerical Control) the technical abbreviation. May with some center language compilation procedure describe using the numerical control technology the production process, sends in the procedure by the digital form the computer or the special-purpose digital computing system carries on the processing output, and in control production process corresponding executive routine, thus enables the production process automatically to carry on in nobody intervention situation, realization production process automation. This paper mainly introduces the sleeve sets parts of the CNC machining processes and CNC programming to design the program. Drawings based on the requirements of the technological requirements of the parts were analyzed and calculated to determine the components parts of the processes required to achieve the size requirements of the surface roughness. And use PRO / E on the parts of three-dimensional modeling, to develop a rational design process and the preparation of the CNC parts processing.
