摘 要
无盖铝型材式AGV小车是一种新型的自动搬智能移动小车,具有灵活可靠、柔性化好、效率高、操作简便、可控性强等许多优点,因此在柔性制造系统和自动化工厂中得到了广泛的应用,极大地提高了企业的生产制造效率和自动化程度。将来的无盖铝型材式AGV必然向着更为简捷高效的方向发展,会得到进一步推广,其应用领域也必然会随之变的更加广泛。
本文围绕无盖铝型材式AGV小车在工业自动化分拣仓库中的应用,详细阐述了其结构设计过程。首先,根据AGV小车在仓库中的功能需求,对机械结构进行了模块化设计,包括行驶组件、机身承载组件等关键部分的详细规划。其次,针对车身尺寸为1820×580×580mm、最大承重达到800kg的承重型AGV,进行了有限元分析与强度校核,确保其在运输大重量仓储货物时具有足够的结构强度和稳定性。此外,对机械系统的关键元件进行了选择与参数匹配设计,以确保AGV小车的高效运行。最后,综合各项设计要素,确定了AGV的具体参数和整体设计方案。通过本文的研究,旨在为工业自动化分拣仓库提供一种智能高效的AGV小车,提升拣选效率,降低运营成本。

ABSTRACT
Free aluminum type AGV car is a new type of automatic move intelligent mobile car, with flexible and reliable, flexible, high efficiency, easy operation, controllability, and many other advantages, so in the flexible manufacturing system and automation factory has been widely used, greatly improve the enterprise manufacturing efficiency and degree of automation. In the future, the uncovered aluminum profile AGV is bound to develop towards a more simple and efficient direction, which will be further promoted, and its application field will inevitably become more extensive.
This paper describes the application of uncovered aluminum profile AGV trolley in industrial automatic sorting warehouse. First of all, according to the functional requirements of the AGV car in the warehouse, the modular design of the mechanical structure is made, including the detailed planning of key parts such as driving components and body bearing components. Secondly, finite element analysis and strength check are conducted for the body size of 1820580580mm, with a maximum bearing of 800kg, to ensure that it has sufficient structural strength and stability when transporting large weight storage goods. In addition, the key components of the mechanical system are selected and matched with the parameters to ensure the efficient operation of the AGV trolley. Finally, the specific parameters and the overall design scheme of AGV are determined by integrating various design elements. Through the research of this paper, it aims to provide an intelligent and efficient AGV car for the industrial automatic sorting warehouse, to improve the picking efficiency and reduce the operating cost.
