本文针对机械装备专用转子的定位和测量问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的解决方案。首先,介绍了机械装备专用转子的结构和特点,阐述了视觉系统在转子定位和测量中的重要性。然后,详细介绍了一种基于机器视觉的转子定位和测量系统的设计方案,包括硬件组成、图像处理算法和软件实现等方面。接着,通过实验验证了该方案的可行性和优越性,并进行了误差分析和优化。最后,总结了该系统的特点和优势,并探讨了其在实际应用中的潜力和前景。

Abstract
This paper presents a solution based on machine vision for the positioning and measurement of special rotors for mechanical equipment. First, the structure and characteristics of the special rotor of mechanical equipment are introduced, and the importance of the visual system in the positioning and measurement of the rotor is expounded. Then, the design scheme of a rotor positioning and measurement system based on machine vision, including hardware composition, image processing algorithm and software implementation. Then, the feasibility and superiority of the scheme were verified, and error analysis and optimization. Finally, we summarize the features and advantages of the system and explore its potential and prospects in practical application.
