摘 要
本文主要基于小型自动平地收粮机的机械结构设计,从处理效率、经济性和环境因素等方面考虑,设计出一种高效、节能、环保的新型收粮机。
本文首先对收粮机的总体方案进行了设计和确定各部分功能,根据要求确定了收粮速度和收粮机重量等参数,设计出收粮装置,全面提高了收集粮食的效率和准确度;其次,在选型传感器、电机和控制器等方面,结合实际需求,设计出高性能、稳定可靠的控制电路,从而保障了收集粮食的稳定性和安全性;最后,本文还通过零件图和总装配图的绘制,对收粮机的各个关键部件和总体结构进行了详细分析和介绍。
经过实验测算,本设计方案在收净率达到99%的前提下,不仅有着高效、稳定、可靠的特点,而且还具有低能耗、低噪音、无污染等环保优势,较好地解决了传统粮食收割方式存在的劳动强度大、效率低等问题。
综上所述,本文的研究成果在实现机械化绿色粮食收割方面具有一定的理论和应用价值,对于推进我国粮食生产的现代化、智能化格局具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract
Based on the mechanical structure design of small automatic ground grain harvesting machine, this paper designs a new one with high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection from the aspects of treatment efficiency, economy and environmental factors.
In this paper, the whole machine is designed to determine the functions of the parts, and determine the parameters of the speed and weight of the grain collector, and the stability and safety of the grain collector. At last, the analysis is made of the parts drawing and the general assembly drawing.
After experimental calculation, under the premise of the net yield of 99%, this design scheme not only has the characteristics of high efficiency, stability and reliability, but also has the environmental advantages of low energy consumption, low noise and no pollution, which better solves the problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency in traditional grain harvesting methods.
To sum up, the research results of this paper have certain theoretical and application value in realizing mechanized green grain harvest, and have certain reference significance for promoting the modernization and intelligent pattern of grain production in China.
