KZ25-64-8 型轴流式通风机设计
摘要
研究设计一个好的风机对节能有很重大的意义。合理的设计、选择和使用通风机,关系到矿井的安全生产和煤矿职工的身体健康,对矿井的主要技术经济指标也有一定影响。本设计查阅有关轴流式通风机设计的技术资料,严格执行相应的国家或国际标准,参照现有的在实际应用的轴流风机设计加工的图纸,对相应的尺寸、技术要求等取经验值。采用了目前国内外对于中、高压轴流式通风机设计中广泛应用的叶栅设计法进行叶片叶型的设计。引入了计算机辅助设计,专门编制了相应的计算机应用程序,来自动进行验算,最后直接得到计算结果。采用扭曲机翼型叶片,气动效率高,节能效果极为显著;叶片安装角度可调,可根据矿井生产的变化,随时调节风机状况。

ABSTRACT
The research and design a good fan of the energy has a tremendous significa-nce. Reasonable design, selection and use of a fan, put a great impact on the mine's safety and physical health of miners,as well as on the mine's main technical and economic indicators. The design of axial fl-ow fan design access to technical information, strict implementation of re-levant national or international standards, reference to the practical applic-ation of the existing axial fan design and processing of the drawings, the size of the corresponding technical requi-rements from experience the va-lue . For use at home and abroad in the design of high-pressure axial fa-n blade design widely used method BLADE design.The introduction of c-omputer-aided design, specifically the preparation of the c-orresponding c-omputer applications to automatic checking, the final results dir-ectly. Usi-ng twisted aerofoil blades, aerodynamic efficiency, energy conservation is the most effective; blade angle can be adjusted, according to changes in mine production, adjust fan status at any time.
