摘 要
CNG是清洁燃料,在发动机应用中相对于汽油燃料具有排放性好和经济性高的优势。而且我国的天然气储量巨大。在汽车中应用CNG燃料,可以充分利用现有的资源,减轻汽车的尾气排放并提高车辆运营的经济性。 限于我国汽车工业的发展,专用的CNG燃料发动机尚不多见,CNG加气站等配套设施也不完善。因此借助汽油机进行CNG燃料的应用研究,开发CNG和汽油两用燃料的发动机系统具有重大现实意义。本文主要介绍天然气的发展前景,两用燃料发动机燃气系统的组成,工作原理、常见故障及排除。着重讲了燃气供给与调节系统改装工艺及工作原理,两用燃料汽车实现了动力性、经济性和排放污染少的要求。也分析了两用燃料发动机的故障及检修,并举出相关案例,丰富了两用燃料汽车故障诊断资料,也对汽车维修行业有着重大意义。

Abstract
CNG is a clean fuel, which has the advantages of good emission and high economy compared with gasoline fuel in engine application. Moreover, China has huge natural gas reserves. The application of CNG fuel in automobiles can make full use of existing resources. To reduce vehicle exhaust emissions and improve the economy of vehicle operation. Limited to the development of China's automobile industry, The special CNG fuel engine is not very common, and the supporting facilities such as the CNG filling station are not perfect. Therefore, the application research of CNG fuel is carried out with the aid of gasoline engine. It is of great practical significance to develop the engine system of CNG and gasoline dual-fuel. This paper mainly introduces the development of natural gas. Prospect, composition, working principle, common malfunction and troubleshooting of gas system of dual-fuel engine. The refitting technology and working principle of gas supply and regulation system are emphasized, and the power performance of dual-fuel vehicle is realized. This paper also analyzes the failure and maintenance of dual-fuel engine, and gives some related cases, which enriches the fault diagnosis data of dual-fuel vehicle and has great significance for the automobile maintenance industry.
