昆明市西山区云光中学排危新建项目宿舍楼施工图预算文件编制与研究 计算书（论文）+指导书+外文翻译及原文+广联达预算软件成果源文件
摘 要：本文为昆明市西山区云光中学排危新建项目宿舍楼建设工程施工图预算文件编制说明书。通过对本工程的施工图预算文件的编制，能够运用课堂上对造价知识的学习，并能通过解决遇到的问题和研究解决办法，让我们在相关方面的能力得以提升。本文从预算文件的基本知识和概念到分步详细地介绍应用软件对工程量的计算以及做法的套用、价的计取，并对工程造价做简单的分析和讨论。
施工图预算是以单位工程为单位编制的，其编制方法有工料机单价法和综合单价法。本工程是采用适应市场经济条件的工程量清单计价模式下的综合单价法进行编制。由于现实与理论是有一定差距的，为了能够提高施工图预算文件的准确性及可靠性，编制过程中应严格根据相关编制依据和科学的编制方法进行计算和编制，减小工程量误差，并做好人材机单价的调研，使得施工图预算有效、合理、符合市场趋势。

ABSTRACT:This paper introduces my working drawing estimate documentation of one of the danger removing projects of Yunguang middle school in Xishan District in Kunming: the dormitory building construction. I will use the project cost knowledge that I have learned in class to make this documentation. And my ability will be upgraded through the process of problem solving. In addition to introducing the basic knowledge about estimate document and making discussion on engineering cost ,this paper introduces not only the use of applications in calculating engineering quantities in detail and step by step but also the practice application and price calculation.
The working drawing estimate is made by engineering unit and it can be made by two methods:quantity unit price method and the comprehensive unit price method. Under the background of quantity pricing model that adapts to market economic conditions,the project I will analyze adopt the the comprehensive unit price method. We know that there is a gap between reality and theory, we should make calculation and documentation according to strict basis and scientific methods to ensure the accuracy and reliability of working drawing estimate documentation. And we should make investigation and research on the cost of labor,material and machinery to make the working drawing estimate effective,reasonable and meet market trends.
