北岸康城7号住宅楼建筑工程招标控制价编制 毕业设计论文
摘 要
本文是以河南省郑州市北岸康城7号住宅楼的建筑施工图和结构施工图为基础编制的招标控制价，首先运用广联达算量软件对图纸进行建模处理并进行套价，汇总计算后得到详细的工程量清单，然后对工程进行部分结构进行手工算量；最终通过广联达算量软件得出该建筑的钢筋、土建、装饰装修以及部分措施项目费用。将通过广联达算量软件得到的清单定额汇总表导入广联达计价软件中之后，根据当期的市场信息价对人材机费用进行调价并计取措施项目费用等，最终得到该建筑的招标控制价。
招标控制价是招标人所编制对该项目计划的最高限价，而且是用来衡量投标人的投标报价是否合理的基本依据，所以招标控制价是否准确将会直接影响建设单位在该项目的收益。并且随着招标控制价在建筑行业的普及，建筑行业的竞争变得越来越公平公正，恶意竞争现象越来越少，营造了一个良好的竞争环境，推动了我国造价行业的发展。
郑州市北岸康城7号住宅楼最终得到的招标控制价为： 19997494.77元，单方造价为：1940.51元。

ABSTRACT

After importing the list and quota summary table obtained by the calculation software of guanglian to the pricing software of guanglian, we adjusted the price of the human resource machine according to the current market information price and calculated the project cost, and finally obtained the bidding control price of the building.
When doing cost consulting for a project, it is indispensable to control the bidding price. The bidding control price has been basically popularized in the cost consulting industry. Under the encouragement of the state, each project has its own bidding control price. The bid control price is the maximum price prepared by the tenderer for the project plan, and it is the basic basis for measuring whether the bid offer of the bidder is reasonable. Therefore, whether the bid control price is accurate will directly affect the income of the construction unit in the project. Moreover, with the popularization of bidding price control in the construction industry, the competition in the construction industry becomes more and more fair and just, and the phenomenon of malicious competition becomes less and less, creating a good competitive environment and promoting the development of China's cost industry.
The bidding control price of NO.7 residential building in north bank of zhengzhou city was 19997494.77yuan, and the unilateral construction cost was 1940.51yuan.
