摘要
煤炭是我国的基础能源和重要原料,在国民经济中占有重要的战略地位,这是中国当前的国情。目前,煤炭行业面临着一些情况:安全基础薄弱,安全生产形势严峻;资源综合利用程度不够,矿区生态环境亟须改善;先进与落后生产能力并存,整体技术水平低。
本课题针对的主要方向为矿井机电设备。要实现高产高效的采煤,必须进行正确的机电设备选型。
根据课题的设计要求,本设计主要从矿井地理位置,井田走向,顶底板条件,水文地质,矿井开拓系统,通风及排水要求,主运输系统等矿井基本情况出发,进行采煤机选型设计,液压支架选型设计,刮板输送机选型设计,皮带输送机选型设计,提升设备选型,排水设备选型设计,通风设备选型设计。并绘制三机配套图、水泵房布置图、通风机三视图、提升电控系统原理图。
