摘 要
改革开放以来，随着社会经济水平的不断提高，众多的公路工程、省道得以修建。公路工程作为当下最主要的交通运输途径之一，其技术质量对社会经济与人民的生产生活有着很大的影响。因此，必须要制定施工组织设计，施工组织设计是项目建设和指导工程施工的重要技术经济文件，是加强管理，加强设计要求，提高经济效益的重要手段，从而提升了工程的质量。
该公路工程施工组织设计是根据广东工业大学毕业任务书进行设计。编制公路工程施工组织设计时，合理统筹安排施工进度计划，确保工程质量，策划整个施工现场布置部署，人员配备，机械设备安排，材料组织，环境保护，施工方法，做到合理分配，分工明确，职责分明，经济合理，并制定相关措施，使工程顺利进行，建立一个较为完善的管理体系，有计划地组织协调施工人员有效劳动，科学合理的保证工程项目以高质量、低成本完成，提高施工效率。
本次施工组织设计通过对该工程的合理化，科学化分析，进行设计，完成了工期，质量，进度，成本的控制。施工组织设计具有不可替代性。
