共沸精馏环己烷和苯混合物分离工艺设计

苯和环已烷共沸物系的分离是化工分离领域一个非常重要和典型的范例,如何有效分离环己烷和苯一直是工程研究的重要课题。当待分离的两个组分为共沸溶液体系时采用普通精馏方法难以达到分离,此时可采用共沸精馏的方法。本装置以丙酮为共沸剂,通过共沸精馏分离环己烷与苯的混合物以达到产品质量要求。本设计采用Aspen Plus软件对工艺流程进行设计,并进行相应的物料衡算、热量衡算、设备计算及选型。两个精馏塔都选择板式塔,并进行了塔板水力学的校核计算得出了比较理想的工艺流程及设备选用。

ABSTRACT
 
Benzene and cyclohexane azeotrope separation system are very important field of chemical separation and typical examples of how the effective separation of cyclohexane and benzene has been an important subject of engineering. Ordinary distillation methods are difficult to achieve separation when the two groups to be separated into the azeotropic solution system, azeotropic distillation method can be used at this time.This means using acetone as entrainer, a mixture of cyclohexane and benzene separated to meet product quality requirements by azeotropic distillation. This design uses the Aspen Plus software for process design, and the corresponding material balance, heat balance, calculation and selection of equipment. Choose two plate tower distillation column, and the checking calculation tray hydraulics. We come to the ideal process and equipment selection.
